The detached holiday home ANINA is located in a very quiet village location (no through road) in Ditzum on a nearly 800 sqm plot. Loving the garden was planted with around wonderful flowers, shrubs and trees.
The 124 m² living space, up to the front end (TORREX® wheelchair ramp made of aluminum available) is all on one level and therefore wheelchair accessible, spread over 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom – the walk-in shower is also handicapped accessible (shower chair with Lehne available!) – As well as a separate guest toilet.
On an uncovered and a covered terrace where you can your soul – just as well on the sun in the garden – dangle and just enjoy the day and your coffee / tea.
The laundry room (with washing machine – together with detergents, condenser, drying rack, iron and ironing board, laundry basket and clips, etc.) serves as your other small convenience while your car safe and protected from the sun, wind and weather in the garage. 2 additional parking spaces are located on the property in front of the garage.
Except for the guest bathroom and the laundry room all windows are fitted with shutters and mosquito nets. The rooms were furnished with tiles, laminate floors and carpets; The parents’ bedroom with cork floor and bed supports.
Standard equipment includes – for you also free – both a ladies ‘, men’s and children’s bike (18’). We also offer an original Kettcar for the trendsetter among kids and a PUKY Scooter!
In addition to a fixed cot – 60×120 (with complete equipment incl. Canopy) you are a (n) changing table, baby bath, high chair and potty, and any required / n bed linen, towels (incl. In the summer months we provide a paddling pool and a small tent (besides insulating the ground) – for Scouts under the Kids …. – available.
For the younger children we have a 2-floor wooden dollhouse along with complete facilities, table, bench and stool in the house as well as their favorite, a sky-Puppenbettchen, the grandpa has handmade! Even game balls are on site!
Of course, the equipment also are not missing the satellite TV, a DVD player, a Bose stereo system, the free telephone and Wi-Fi connection as well as a kitchen radio and alarm clock in all bedrooms.
