Property Description
Our farm is located just outside of Hopfgarten on a sunny plateau in a quiet secluded location with plenty of free space around the court. The ‘Moosenhof’ is farmed organically by us and we can offer a range of self-produced food directly from our farm. (Bread, cheese, milk, eggs, liquor, bacon, jam, apple juice, etc.) In front of our house is a large playground and lawn. In the summer it attracts the children in the sandbox, or to swing with a slide.
Also a large trampoline with safety net like the large and small children. In hot weather, there is a “splash pool” for the Water available. Many other toys like tractors, tricycles and various sand toys may like to be used. A table tennis table, a darts game, or “speed ball game” waiting for a “match”.
Salvenaland – lake with leisure park: in Hopfgarten, there is the ‘Salvenaland’, a leisure park with a lake and heated swimming pool. This can all children’s hearts beat faster, while the parents relax on the lawn.
In winter, a wide lift range available. The skiing area “WILDER KAISER”, which also belongs Hopfgarten, is the biggest resort in the Alps with over 90 lifts, one of which has most of an artificial snow system.
Also on the farm, children can outside the house “romp” really. Make a snowman or snow castle building, a snowball battle in deep snow, do with toboggan and slide the small slope uncertain or try the first “baby steps” on skis.
