This comfortable chalet is located in the small village of Itter in the heart of the Wilder Kaiser ski and hiking region. The valley station of the Salvistagondel, your entry into the 280 kilometers of slopes is only 950m away. To the ski bus stop it is 100m and to the nearest restaurant only about 500m. Various cross-country ski runs are within walking distance from the chalet.
The 138sqm cottage extends over 2 floors and offers three bedrooms for four to six people. A tiled stove in the entrance area and a cozy rustic tiled stove with a wooden bench in the open living and dining area provide for a pleasant warmth in addition to the thermostatically controlled infrared heating in the wooden ceiling. A large part of the upper floor has been designed so that the living area with a couch and satellite TV, the kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, water cooker and toaster fully equipped kitchen and the connected dining area form a harmonious together. Through the canopied chair, the centrally placed tiled stove and the warm wood shades, especially cozy holiday days can be enjoyed here. The roofed south-facing balcony of the chalet opens directly onto the living area and gives a view of the castle of Itter. Two of the three bedrooms and a separate toilet with washing facilities are located upstairs. The bedroom on the ground floor has a large double bed (1.80m wide), the two upper bedrooms are suitable with a small French bed with a width of 1.40 m for one adult or two children.
The ground floor of the house is fully equipped with thermostatic electric underfloor heating. Here is also the modern wellness area with pine sauna, large rain shower with glass front and a jacuzzi.
