The EIFEL LANDHAUS – Daleiden, which has been lovingly furnished, was exclusively used for one ‘s own family for decades, and therefore shows great pleasure in detail. Situated on the German side near the Luxembourg border, the holiday home is perfect for a relaxing holiday for two or with up to 2 children (4 persons).
If you love nostalgia and nature, feel at home in this rustic furnished holiday home. From the covered terrace you enter the large garden, from the plot looks over fields to the forest.

Wonderful hiking possibilities start directly in front of the front door and lead over fields into adjoining forests. Endless hiking trails extend in the border triangle Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg (only about 6.8 km from the border). Bicycle paths in the nearby Irsental offer recreational activities for all ages.
The villa has two separate bedrooms:
+ the master bedroom about 15 square meters with a large double bed and direct access to the family bathroom about 9 square meters (in addition a plank access to the bathroom)
+ the second room about 9 square meters with rustic natural wood bed and in addition a pullout chair bed for the possibly fourth person. Ideal for 2 children.
Peace and relaxation you will find in our idyllic country house, in a quiet location on the outskirts. It is a detached house, on a hill. You have views of around 4000qm (!) Plot in the valley and across fields.
In the summer you can relax on the terrace and the garden meadow. An old (almost dried-out) pond offers possibilities to observe dragonflies and frogs.
A climbing park at 3km distance Irsental offers fun, adventure and fitness pleasure. Recommended values ??are excursions, To the historical city Trier 68km, in the Eifelzoo 19km or to the castle Vianden 24km.

The large bathroom is directly connected to the main bedroom by a connecting door and is accessible by a second door from the hallway.
The bathroom is ideal for relaxing and has a shower, separate bathtub and its marble washbasin with gold fittings at its best, in the brown / beige style of the house. Nostalgic, so not modern, but very noble.
The kitchen is older but with its good and extensive equipment everything you need. Crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are provided. A large living room with dining area with wood burning fireplace, oil heating, Wi-Fi from probably Sept. 2018, satellite TV etc. In the own laundry room in the basement there is a washing machine and dryer, as well as laundry linen.

In Daleiden there is a well equipped supermarket with bakery (normally open 7 days a week) and an excellent butcher shop.
