The holiday house Eifel-Atrium Oberes Enztal offers 150m² on four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large gallery as a combined dining, -, – and kitchen area and two galleries with other living areas.
The optimal occupancy is 14 people, but can sleep on 4 sofa beds more people.
The special feature of this new holiday home is the open living area as a gallery with a visible roof truss. The gallery breaks through several floors of the house, providing light and openness throughout the building. In the entrance area and on the side are large windows and the cozy living area with a sofa with sleeping function (70x200cm). In the right area is the dining area with a large table for all guests. In the back of the large kitchen with American fridge.
The bedroom on the ground floor consists of a double bed (2x 80x200cm) and a stacking bed (2x 80x200cm). The stackable bed can be used as a standard single bed or as two single beds. In the room are 2 floor to ceiling windows, with direct exit to the terrace.
On the 1st floor is a bedroom with a classic bunk bed (2x 90x200cm) and a single bed (90x200cm) equipped. Here, too, a floor-to-ceiling window provides plenty of light.
The second bedroom on the first floor consists of a double bed (2x 80x200cm).
On the middle gallery is also a sofa bed (110x200cm) to find.
In the attic is a large bedroom with two double beds (each 140x200cm) and a catamaran paging bed (below 140x200cm, above 90x200cm) equipped. In addition there is a sofa bed (120x190cm).
On the upper gallery is a nice reading sofa with sleeping function (70x190cm) to find.
On each floor there is a bathroom with shower.
In addition to central heating is still an automatically filled pellet stove in the house.
In front of and behind the house you will find a large terrace – of course with a charcoal grill.
