Our apartment Traudl is a spacious, cozy and bright feel-good nest in prime location in Inzell’s village center for up to 4 adults, 1 child (extra bed) and 1 infant (cot). You enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the Chiemgau Prealps. Take advantage of the traditional gastronomic offer and the services of the Chiemgau Card in the immediate vicinity, take a cup of coffee from the balcony down to the cozy bustle in the heart of the village and do your errands on foot.
The FeWo Traudl offers on about 80 m² the following rooms, all with balcony or window:

Breakfast balcony (southeast), large mountain panorama and view of the village center.
– Bedroom 1 with double bed (180 cm width), balcony and view of the mountains and fields on the back,

Your landlord
Today, on the ground floor and on the first floor, we live in our house in the village center, which grandfather Josef “Sepp” built himself as a contractor and lived with grandmother Edeltraud “Traudl”: daughter Andrea and grandson Moritz, each with a partner. Andrea cares passionately about the large garden around the house, which adorns the view from all windows and balconies of the house. With ongoing modernization work inside and outside the building, we also created our apartment on the second floor, which we proudly show you here. It bears the name of the former good soul of our house: Traudl.
The environment
The FeWo Traudl is located right in the center of Inzell, which means that a variety of errands, restaurant and café visits can be made on foot. Discover over 15 restaurants and cafes within a five-minute walk! Perhaps the best “tavern”, the Kamin Beisl, well-known for its traditional cuisine and unbeatable cosiness, even right next door. You walk directly from the apartment flat around the local mountains. Minigolf, swimming pool, sauna and bike rental with guided tours are just a few other offers in the immediate vicinity.
Scenic Inzell shows from the FeWo Traudl from its most beautiful side. From the balconies you can enjoy a great view of the mountains Gamsknogel, Falkenstein, Kleiner Kienberg, Großer Kienberg, Rauschberg, Hochfelln, Sulzberg, Teisenberg, as well as in the distance the Reiter Alpe. Well-equipped visitors can also climb the local peaks or visit one of the numerous mountain huts.
In winter, the prepared cross-country ski trail starts right behind the house. The local ski lift (Kessel-Lifte and Alm) is only 3 km away and can be reached by bus from the village.

Sepp, who was a building contractor, with grandmother Edeltraud “Traudl”. Today, daughter Andrea and grandson Moritz live in the house with their partners. Andrea passionately takes care of the large garden around the house, beautifying the view from every balcony and window. We are now finishing the holiday apartment on the second floor that we can proudly present to you. It is named after the former good soul of the house: Traudl.
The surrounding
Our prime location-holiday apartment Traudl is located right in the village center, enabling you to browse and visit restaurants and cafés easily on foot. Discover more than 15 different culinary options within five walking minutes! With the “Kamin Beisl” right next door, famous for its traditional cuisine and Bavarian coziness. Have a easy hikes in the local mountain range starting directly at the front door. Miniature golf, Bath Park Inzell (indoor / outdoor), and further options in the immediate vicinity.
The view from Apartment Traudl shows Inzell’s landscape in all its beauty. Mounts Gamsknogel, Falkenstein, Little Kienberg, Great Kienberg, Rauschberg (cableway), Hochfelln (cableway), Sulzberg, Teisenberg and, in the distance, Reiter Alpe (cableway). If prepared adequately, you can crest the local summits, or simply hike up one of the many managed “mountain huts”.
In the winter, groomed cross-country ski trails start right next to our house. The local ski-lift with restaurant “Kessel-Alm” located just 3 km from the apartment is accessible via car or shuttle bus.
