Property Description
Relax in my very sweet and cosy, fully equipped home within 20 minutes walking (5 minutes bus) distance to the center and old city. Its a good place to start activities in and around innsbruck. Since we include free parking, fast wifi, and 2 private bedrooms, our place can be a great home base for your family, 2 couples, or small group! Its a good place to start activities in and around innsbruck and later come back and relax. Also, you can cook your own meals and enjoy all the comforts of home!
The apartment is divided into 3 levels:
1: The living space with kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. (50m²)
0: The entrance hall
-1: The basement with laundry room and living room (50m²)
BEDROOMS: The first bedroom has a big bed which consists of 2 mattresses that comfortably sleeps 2 adults. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed and a single standard sized bed. If required, another pull-out bed is available for a 6th person in this room.
BATHROOM: The spacious bathroom offers a bath tub/shower and a toilet. Soap, shampoo, toilet paper and fresh towels are provided.
KITCHEN: From the kitchen window you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains. The kitchen is small, but fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, water boiler, toster, pots, plates and silverware. Coffee, tee as well as Salt, Pepper and Oil is provided. The tiny table offers 2 people place to eat at the dining table. IMPORTANT NOTE: The dining area is located in the corridor, and is very small. Howerver, it is enough space to eat or do some work there. Please note the pictures.
BASEMENT: In the basement you find a big lounge. Nice place to hang out after a long day. Big 50″ 4K smartTV including Netflix and PlayStation3. The laundry room with washing mashine and dryer is also on your disposal.
Kids and Babies: Im OK with Kids and Babies, but please not that I do not have special amenities for them. If you need something particular you would have to bring it yourself.
PARKING: One small parking spot is includet. If you have a big car wich doesnt fit, or you have more then one car you can use one of the chargeable parking spaces on the street in front of the house.
The apartement is only for you, no sharing with other people.

Supermarkets and shops are available in a mall, 500m away or 100m around the corner. Across the street there’s a Gas station with a small shop (24/7). The airport and city center are nearby. Both approx. 20 minutes by foot.
The bus stop is just 50m away. The ride to the centre takes approx. 5 minutes and 10 minutes to the Main train station. Approx. every 12 minutes a bus passes by.
