Please note that a holiday home is something completely different than “just” an apartment.
You will find in this house no other guests than this, you bring your own, that is, you are undisturbed alone in the house.
The apartment is on the first Floor.
For hygienic reasons, we would like to ask you to bring your own slippers.
For the sake of fairness, I would like to ask you politely to read the entire offer, especially the rental price list, in order to decide what you would like.

The holiday home Frida is a non-smoking property, therefore smoking is not allowed in the whole house.
Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, I can not and do not want to accommodate pets.

The prices quoted are inclusive including all utilities.
The house has only one apartment and consists of a bedroom, living room with cable TV, TV chair, spacious kitchen for self-catering, which leaves nothing to be desired, a bathroom with large shower and ESG glass shower cubicle, vanity with mirror cabinet and separate toilet.
Internet is available throughout the house free Wi-Fi connection.
Hülben is on the Middle Swabian Alb and the biosphere area about 10 minutes of Bad Urach and Neuffen. Kircheim / Teck and Outletcity Metzingen are just 20 minutes away. Airport and Neue Messe Stuttgart in 35 minutes.
In the nearby Bad Urach and Beuren there are baths with thermal water and sauna facilities.
Hülben offers all the needs of everyday life such as bakers, butchers (butchers), pharmacy, doctors. The property is situated in a small cul de sac in the center Hülben. An absolutely quiet and sunny residential area with short distances to the shops is given.
A glider area is also available, from which also sightseeing flights with a 4-seater engine plane over the entire biosphere area as well as Burgenrundflüge and Alpenrundflug z. B. to Zugspitze at cost price. Day trips with stopover at other airports are possible.
