The chalet is fully equipped and offers everything for a comfortable stay. In winter, the ski lift is 200 meters away from the chalet and in summer the hiking trails start at the front door. In every season the chalet and the surrounding area offer you and your family, family and friends the opportunity to enjoy an active, relaxing holiday. The detached wooden chalet is equipped with all the luxury that one can imagine. The spacious 5-star chalet has 4 bedrooms (1 of which is very spacious with flat screen TV!), 1 bathroom on the ground floor with luxury walk-in shower with rain shower AND an in-house wellness room with a large corner bath with hydromassage jets, an infrared sauna, luxury steam shower and a double sink. The living room of this chalet is spacious and luxuriously furnished. Here you will find a spacious, stylish living room with open kitchen, spacious sitting area, dining table, doors to the terrace and even an atmospheric gas fire for the cosy winter evenings. From the living room, you have access to a spacious partially covered sun terrace with garden furniture. Under the spacious canopy, you can always sit in the shade or, in case of rainy weather, at least sit outside and enjoy the view. From the chalet and from the various terraces you have a magnificent view of the mountains. For the active holidaymaker, there are even 2 mountain bikes available. In the winter, Styria transforms into the "white heart of Austria", with its wonderful ski resorts. In addition to the ski area within walking distance which includes some good snowboarding opportunities, there are several large ski areas in the area that are about a 30-45 minute drive. In the summer, it is particularly impressive with all its lakes and the impressive Hohe Tauern mountain range. More than 200 sunny days per year and a skiing area with snow guaranteed make this a perfect holiday destination for all seasons. Please note! During the next period, 25 new houses will be built in the park; please bear in mind that this might cause some inconvenience.
