Detached luxury chalet in the middle of the village of Hohentauern (snow-sure elevation 1300 meters) situated on a sunny slope with an imposing panoramic view over the mountains, the ski lift and the village. In winter, the ski lift is 200 meters away and in summer the hiking trails start at the front door. In every season the chalet and the surrounding area offer you the opportunity to enjoy an active, relaxing holiday. The detached 5 star chalet is equipped with a lot of luxury. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have a private balcony. On the ground floor is 1 bathroom with luxury steam shower and on the upper floor is an in-house wellness with Finnish sauna, Jacuzzi whirlpool (with hydromassage jets and stunning views of the mountains!), luxurious walk-in shower with double rain shower and rain shower, double sink to relax! The living room is very spacious and tastefully decorated with a cozy original Austrian dining area, a luxurious open kitchen with all comforts such as a microwave, Nespresso machine, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, convection oven and storage space. In the conservatory is an extra sitting area with a beautiful view and an atmospheric gas fireplace for the cozy winter evenings. From the living room you have access to a spacious enclosed sun terrace of 85 m2 (ideal for small children). On the other side of the house is a spacious veranda if you just do not want to sit in the sun. From the chalet and from the various terraces and balconies you have a magnificent view of the mountains.
In the summer there are various possibilities besides hiking and mountain biking. A city trip to Vienna or Graz., outdoor activities such as rafting, paragliding, mountain trails, a visit to the zoo, fairytale forest or an exciting visit to the iron ore mine with a real explosion. In the chalet you will find a folder with even more possibilities.
In the winter the Styria changes into the ‘white heart of Austria’, with nice ski resorts. It also offers opportunities for tour skiing! In the summer it is especially in the interest of its many lakes, thermal baths and the impressive Hohe Tauern mountain range with numerous hiking and mountain bike trails! The more than 200 sunny days per year and the snow-sure ski area ensure a perfect holiday environment in all seasons for all ages!
