Property Description
The holiday home “Malmsteg” is a beautiful, very comfortably furnished massive house with 400 m walk to the natural beach.
The house has a floor space of about 85 square meters and is heated by a gas central heating. The associated very large plot (about 700 square meters) is from two sides by high hedges not visible and a true paradise for children.
From the small hallway with wardrobe, there is the living area with dining area, cozy sofa area, large fireplace and small flat screen TV. The separate kitchen has a fitted kitchen with oven and dishwasher and all common kitchen appliances, such as coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender etc.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The toilet and shower room is located next to the bedroom.
The children’s room has a bunk bed and a single bed as well as a separate guest toilet.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are to be brought by the holiday guests.
The final cleaning is mandatory and is made by the cleaning service.
Well behaved dogs are welcome and will be charged with 5,00 Euro / day extra.
The house is a Non smoking house!
