The apartment (55 square meters) is located on the ground floor on a slope and is suitable therefore also for people with disabilities. It has living-dining room-kitchen and a large separate bedroom, bathroom with tub and bidet. One highlight are in the basement still an apartment (25 sqm) with shower, in the next 2 beds is also a sauna. Since the house is on a slope, the large windows are to the southeast on unused amount. Both apartments have 2 beds in each, at the top there is a cot, in the bottom an extra mattress. The apartments belong together and are not rented out separately.
Afternoon and evening sun can be enjoyed in a beach chair on the West Terrace.
2 convenient bicycles for longer trips are available, or for everyday evening spectacle sunset and moonrise.
