Property Description
The apartment is on the ground floor of a villa of 1936, which has been completely renovated and stands on a 2000 square meter plot. With a size of 87 square meters, it offers comfortably enough space for four people, as it has a bedroom with double bed and a sleeping sofa (slatted bed and mattresses, 200 x 160m) in the combined living room. The equipment is high quality with a lot of technical comfort. The surrounding area is very quiet, but you are also within a 10 minute walk in the city center. The coffee garden offers you the possibility to enjoy your meals outside with a beach basket, armchairs and sun loungers.
The whole apartment is sunny and has a view of the garden from all the windows, which can be reached from the kitchen via a small staircase. Outside the apartment, in the hall, you can also use a wardrobe and a toilet. The entire living space is designed with parquet / marble and has no carpets. The windows can all be closed with window shutters or electric blinds, furthermore there are pleats.

In the bathroom there is a shower towel, a towel, two guest towels and a bathrobe per person.
In the kitchen are two dry towels, two hand towels and two towels. You are welcome to contact us if you need more.
The bathroom has a spacious shower with glass cubicle and a bathtub. Toilet paper, hand soap, cosmetics and hairdryer are in the bathroom closets.
The kitchen has a fridge-freezer combination, a stove with ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. Toaster, coffee maker and electric juicer are also included.
Glasses, cutlery and crockery are available in sufficient quantity so that the “Minna” does not have to run daily.
In the bedroom, a safe is anchored for your valuables; There is also an ironing board with an iron ready for you.

In the living room there is an LED TV as well as a compact stereo system.
We offer a laundry service, which you are welcome to access.
They hand us their clothes sorted and stating how they should be washed. The cost is 5 euros per machine, washed and dried.
If you are traveling with wheels, you are welcome to place them in our garage.
Parking is available in sufficient quantity directly opposite the entrance.
The final cleaning is included in the rental price as well as once a week an interim cleaning by us.
The holiday apartment is non-smoking. For smoking, you can go to the coffee garden or the pavilion.
We live in communion with three small dogs, which we however reserve when you feel disturbed. We share the garden with currently 8 chickens of different races and a dwarf chicken. All have names, are exclusively to our and the neighbors joy and to lay eggs. You are welcome to bring your own breakfast eggs. During the week, we offer a delivery service for fresh pastries from 8:15 am.
We live in the house on the upper two floors and are on the spot if you have any questions or need help. We are also happy to help you plan your excursions in our beautiful surroundings.
