Our Finnish log cabin is quietly located on the edge of the village near the Elbuferstraße, 6 km away from the idyllic town of Hitzacker. The hillside house can only be accessed via 41 steps and offers a beautiful view of the Elbtalaue.
On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and ample closet space, a small bedroom with a bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
On the upper floor there is another sleeping possibility on a couch in a smaller room, through which one also reaches the conservatory.
Furthermore, there is a guest toilet on this floor, the fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, high oven, microwave, dishwasher) with a small balcony and the spacious living and dining room with fireplace and covered terrace.
Since the house has central heating, it is pleasantly warm even in winter.
If required, the garage can be used, otherwise there is a car parking space,

The surrounding area is perfect for hiking and cycling on well-marked trails. It is only a short walk to the Elbe. Boat trips and fishing are also possible here.
In Hitzacker there is a heated outdoor pool, a small harbor, museums, cafes, restaurants, several supermarkets, bakers and many other shops.
Lüneburg with its historic old town, many sights and pretty little shops is 47 km away.
