The village center of Auerbach with numerous shops and excellent local gastronomy is within walking distance in 5 minutes.
Excursion destinations such as the Auerbacher Schloss and the Fürstenlager are also right on the doorstep. Due to the optimal geographical position and the good infrastructure connection Bensheims one is fast in the surrounding Rhine Main and Rhine Neckar metropolises. The journey time by car to Mannheim and Darmstadt is about 20 minutes. To Frankfurt it takes about 45 minutes by car. Frankfurt Central Station can be reached by intercity in 30 minutes from Bensheim.
The apartment is perfect for short breaks as well as for business trips.
The room and bathroom is about 17 m² in size and therefore perfect for one to a maximum of two persons. The cozy day bed can be used as single or double bed and has two 80×200 cm large mattresses made of elastic foam with many pillows. In addition, two large drawers are integrated in the bed frame.
The 180 cm high wardrobe has a clothes rail, a fixed shelf and storage options through six other small compartments. The room has a round 80 cm wooden table with a chair. For storing other personal things is a large shelf. There is also a kettle, a coffee machine and a TV. DVD player and a fridge. The room also has a small terrace towards the north side.
The separate bathroom is accessed via the hallway. It is equipped with shower, toilet, sink, towels, hair dryer and soap.
The entrance area and hallway are shared with another tenant who has rented the two upper floors of the house.
