Bright, comfortable, about 50 square meters large apartment on the top floor of a two family house. Divided into a spacious kitchen, a bedroom and living room as well as a daylight bathroom with large shower and bathtub. Access to the apartment is via steps, therefore not suitable disabled.

Extra bed for one more person is available as well as space for a (self mitzubringendes) Kids / travel cot.
From the third Person will be charged a fee of 10,00 EUR per person / night!
The rent prices a fee for final cleaning of 35 €. This is payable regardless of length of stay and with the rent.
Highchair can be provided upon request. Ironing board and iron is also available.
Covered motorcycle parking or garage on request and also gg. A small additional charge (garage) possible.
Just 100 meters from the edge of the forest, peacefully, at an impasse, can be reached from here in a few minutes walking trails known as the Rhine riser or Rheinhöhenweg. An ideal starting point for excursions and activities by bike, car or on foot. Some popular Strausswirtschaften Gutsausschänke and can easily be reached on foot.
