Property Description
Our 3 – room apartment is located in a family house, with two other apartments, in the middle floor. It has direct access from the garden and a balcony. In addition to the two spacious bedrooms, with 140×200 or 160×200 beds, is in the large living – and dining room a sofa bed available, which can accommodate an additional 2 more people. Both bedrooms are separate. From the living room leads directly onto the large, sunny in summer balcony overlooking the garden. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. Access to the house is shared with another resident (our grandma), but of course there is a separate entrance to the apartment.
The Ammersee is within walking distance in 4 minutes and various shops. The train station can be reached on foot in about 10 – 12 minutes. The house itself is completely surrounded by garden and can of course also be used. It offers play opportunities for children, but also offers relaxation for adults. You are also welcome to bring dogs.
