Our two apartments are located in an idyllic location on the Allgäu and Bregenzer mountains as well as on the beautiful Lake Constance. Directly adjacent to the urban area of ??Lindau, located in the four-lane corner of Bavaria and not far from Switzerland, Austria, Liechtenstein and the Landesgrenze of Baden Württemberg, we are in one of the most beautiful regions of our country. The Lake Constance-Königsee cycle path as well as the border river Laiblach are in close proximity. On hot summer summers, you can enjoy a refreshing swim, splashing or a riverwalk. A paradise for all nature lovers. Both apartments are in a very quiet location (dead end). The apartments have been completed in 2016/2017. Dorfkern of Schlachters (about 500m) there is a baker, butcher, banks, post office and a medical center. To Lindau or Bregenz (Festspiele, Seebühne) it is about 5-10 min. Scheidegg / Westallgäu approx. In Switzerland about 30min.
Very nice 1.5 room ground floor apartment about 40 sqm with south terrace about 12 sqm. The floors in the apartment are tiled mediterranean incl. Underfloor heating and without sleepers. State-of-the-art equipment is what distinguishes the apartment. A large lounge sofa that can be equipped with an extra bed, flatscreen HD TV, Blu Ray DVD player and a compact stereo system (USB, Bluetooth, Apple AirPlay, WiFi) and a cozy dining area complete the living area.
The wardrobe bed (160x200cm) gives you a comfortable sleep. A kitchenette with oven and ceramic hob as well as a refrigerator with freezer compartment are available as well as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and other high-quality kitchen helpers.
The apartment is designed for 2 persons, by additional extra bed if necessary also for 3 persons. Wi-Fi is of course free of charge. Pets are not allowed!
You can also rent both apartments together. This makes a great large family vacation possible.
