The apartment is designed for 2 people to feel good and can be occupied with up to 4 people. For up to two people, the second room is a living room with a wood-burning stove and a large satellite TV. In addition to a couch can be added an extra bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with extra comfortable entrance which is also good to use as a shower, a hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and a sink with plenty of storage. In the main bedroom, with satellite TV and DVD player is a double bed which can also be placed separately as two single beds (please inform before arrival). In the hallway is a small single kitchen with refrigerator, two cookers, sink, toaster, coffee machine and microwave. Of course, on arrival, the beds are ready-made and there are hand- and bath towels ready
It is located in a peaceful garden setting, but also very easy to reach (10 to 25 minutes) to the airport Munich, the fair in Munich Riem or the center of Munich. Directly in front of the door is the world’s largest thermal baths and saunas, as well as Europe’s largest water slide system (Therme Erding). These goals can only be achieved without having to travel through a single village. In addition, short, direct routes to the most popular destinations of Upper Bavaria (Königsschlösser, Chiemsee, mountains) Niederbayerns and Bavarian Forest or Austria (Salzburg, Innsbruck).
