The house has about 160m ² living space. On the ground floor there is a large living / dining room, a bedroom (# 4), fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and bar stools, a laundry room with washing machine and drinks fridge, daylight bathroom with double sinks and tub and shower, games room with kicker and Dart and a guest toilet.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has two single beds, a sofa bed, a wardrobe with ironing station and a TV. From the window you can look at the lake.
Bedroom two is a bit smaller with the same amenities.
Bedroom three has a double bed with bedside tables, a mobile clothes rail, two built-in wardrobes, a sitting area and also a TV.
On request, a travel cot, a high chair, a potty and a changing mat for the bathtub are available free of charge for toddlers. Please specify this when booking.
Please note: bed linen (covers & sheets) is to bring along! Blankets, pillows and hygiene covers are of course available. For the use of the sofa beds a sheet 160×200 is required.
There is a large terrace with a beach chair, a large barbecue and a playground with jungle gym, swing, slide, trampoline etc.
There are four bicycles, two children’s bikes, Bobbycar, carts, scooters, wheels for free sharing.
For divers there is an insulated drying room with a sturdy clothes rail and power for dryers. Another drying rod is mounted under the canopy on the terrace.
For the second dive on the day of departure, we can move the check-out time back after consultation.
From the house there is no direct access to the lake – this is located on the main road B73.
Guests have access to the entire house. Excluded from this are only two private rooms.
