Do you love nature? You are looking for a vacation without neighbours? In this case our farm is right for you. Secluded location surrounded by meadows and forests. Here you can enjoy nature. You can do hiking, cycling, swimming or enjoy nature from a deck chair, from the porch or just lying on the meadow. Take a break from the hectic city life and job stress and enjoy quiet hours surrounded by nature. Modern, full of light and cozy; ideal for 2-4 people.
The farm consists of 3 buildings – the farmhouse, a stable and a barn. Between 2001 and 2005 the in- and outside of the farmhouse and the outside of the other buildings were thoroughly renovated with the objective to bring lots of daylight into the house and to create a very generous living atmosphere. On the first floor you will find a large family room with kitchen, dining table and reading area, a living room with fireplace and high ceilings, a small but fully equipped bathroom and a storage room with a washing machine. On the second floor there is a spacious bedroom and a large bathroom. More than 140m² offer plenty of room for comfortable recreation. From all rooms you have wonderful views through large windows and glass doors into nature. The successful renovation was described in the 2005 edition of the German architectural magazine ‘Schöner Wohnen’.
The house offers 5 sleeping possibilities – the bedroom with a double bed, the living room with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people, and a sofa in a corner of the family room which can also be used for sleeping. Instead of the pull-out sofa in the living room it is also possible to set up 1 or 2 beds in that room.
The house stands in an East-West-direction. You can take breakfast on the covered porch, during the day and in the evening you can enjoy the sun in the courtyard. The large property – more than 1 hectare – offers many additional places to sit and enjoy nature.
The tab water comes from our own spring. Internet (WLAN) and telephone offer a connection to the outside world.
Leaving directly from the farm you can take long hikes or bicycle trips to the Brohmer Berge or the Stettiner Haff nature preserve. A lake with a beach is only a short distance (less than 4 km) away. By car it only takes 30 minutes to the Stettiner Haff and the Baltic Sea is less than 1 hour away. Going to Poland and the city of Stettin will take approx. 30 minutes.
