Property Description
It is the half-timbered house of my grandparents, which I have lovingly rebuilt according to the requirements of Deckschmidt with loam walls and Cologne ceilings. It is completely ecologically equipped with lime paints, wooden floors and wall heating. If that’s not cuddly enough, the two stoves can light up.
The house is in the middle of Heimbach-Hergarten. In the immediate vicinity you can eat, doctors and shops are in Heimbach 3 km away.

Living room
It is the whole house available. Ie. 156 square meters, with a large kitchen, with stove, fridge freezer, dishwasher and in the pantry is a washing machine. The adjoining dining room can accommodate up to 6 people, so it will be cozy if you light the stove here. From here you can access the courtyard via a Klön door or through a sliding door into the stairwell. On the ground floor there is a small toilet and to the garden side the small living room with patio door, another oven and TV. On warm days you can wonderfully use the view-protected natural stone terrace and enjoy the tranquility of the evening.
