Property Description
Our house is located in the nature park Dahme-Heideseen. It surrounds us a lot of forest and a large lake district. The house is located directly on the lake, is decorated with love modern and stylish. It has wooden floors, a cozy TV room, a large dining room, 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A sauna with separate shower facilities and access to the lake makes the holiday an experience. The shops are 1.5 km away – directly in the center of Prieros.
The property is located directly on the lake with private access to the water, with the possibility for swimming and water sports. A rowboat right on the dock can be used.
A covered terrace invites you to linger from breakfast to late sunset with a magnificent view of the motorboat-free swimming lake. A standing barbecue completes the uninterrupted stay outdoors. A massive garage is available during your stay for your vehicle and possibly brought bicycles.
With the bicycles provided by us free of charge, the water-rich environment and idyll in the nature park can be explored.
We have brought all the effort and creative diversity in the now over 1 year completely renovated cottage.
Many details from the origins were painstakingly reworked and integrated into a fitting modern overall appearance.
Remodeled outbuildings were demolished, stair access to the water completely rebuilt and various
garden-emphasized plantings and illuminations made. We are happy and satisfied with the result of our structural changes.

The location of our house allows many interesting excursions in the surroundings of the Spreewald and the imposing cultural life of Berlin and Potsdam.
