You can expect a cozy cottage in log cabin style with a floor space of 70 m² on 2 floors for 5 persons. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms and a balcony.
In the living area there is the spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area, fireplace, TV, WiFi, and a large bathroom with shower. The sofa bed in the living area allows an additional bed for 2 more people.
The large terrace invites you to sunbathe and relax.
The house is located on a 1700 m² large plot with parking space south of Berlin.
Pets up to 15 kg are allowed on request.
Ko?obrzeg invites through its own beach and boat harbor to experience the region from the water. The harbor has a slipway so you can comfortably launch your own boat with the trailer. From here you can be in Berlin in about 5 hours. In the immediate vicinity there are 2 water ski facilities. The distance from the house to the harbor is about 1 km. Our town and surroundings are also a popular destination for cyclists with lots of nature and the Spreewald nearby. To Berlin it is about 40 km.
