Situated on the south slope above the Ammersee with wonderful views of the lake and the Alps in the background, the house is furnished partially with antiques and is ecofriendly. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a living room (can be converted into a third bedroom), fully equipped large kitchen with underfloor heating, bathroom and a separate WC,washing machine, freezer. English and German books, DVDs, games, children’s books and comics are available in the house. Munich city center (30km) can easily be reached by car over the Autobahn (Motorway) or by a regular train service 2km from the house.
