The farmhouse is a radical farm with a two-storey house, a large barn and a beautiful orchard. The property has been completely renovated in recent years. On the street side there is a 2m high wall.
The house has a beautiful living room with fireplace (wood in the barn, included in the price), 3 bedrooms with two beds, a living room with a sofa bed in the living room and behind the truss a Murphy bed. Most mattresses are new. The beds are 90×200 cm. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The living room has a desk and a printer. There is no landline. The network connection is unstable. In the living room there is a modern Samsung TV.
At each level is a spacious shower.
A beautiful kitchen has views to the garden and the countryside.
The kitchen is fully equipped (Bosch cooker with ceramic hob and oven, Miele dishwasher, pots and kitchen utensils, crockery) spices, salt, sugar, flour, coffee, tea are available – nachzukaufen with the request Consumed. On the kitchen cabinet is a double induction plate that can be used for cooking outdoors. The dining table in the kitchen can accommodate max. 6 people. If more people want to eat, you can eat in the living room. There is a large extending table where the TV is. The TV can then be placed on a small table.
The house has a calorific value gas heating.
Especially nice is the covered patio in the barn. The floor is tiled with old bricks. The framework is open. A large table invites to linger for cooking in the outdoor kitchen and eating.
The house has a small jetty where a 5m fishing boat is (included in price). It is driven by an electric motor. It glides so wonderful almost silently through rivers. I am continually impressed by the wetlands and the many birds – whooper swans, storks, geese, cranes, herons, red kites and sometimes even a fish eagle.
Each Ritz is one of the 6 villages of small Hanseatic City Havel mountain with its many cultural attractions and the beautiful Romanesque / Gothic cathedral. There are many beautiful destinations – castles, ancient churches, greed cable ferry across the Elbe, fruit avenues. You can cycle on the good cycle network very well or hiking and walking.
In 2015, the first regional Federal Horticultural Show takes place at the Havel. Havel mountain is one of five Federal Horticultural cities with many attractions.
