Welcome to my cozy and well located 2-room apartment in the heart of Hanover’s Südstadt. From here it is only 4 minutes with the S-Bahn to the fair and the main station / the city center.
The lake Maschsee is also within walking distance. There are great possibilities for walking and cycling, a pedal boat rental and a beach. In the summer, the Maschseefest also takes place here.

Cozy and light flooded, centrally located apartment in the south city. All rooms, also the bathroom have windows and of course a heating.
The kitchen has a basic equipment and has among other things:

In the bedroom there is a bed for 2 persons (1,40×2,00m) and a large wardrobe, where you can accommodate your belongings. The living room has an open kitchen with dining table. The sofa can be converted into a bed for a third person.
