Baby coat can be provided on request at no extra cost. As this is the first listing of this apartment the price is set low to build up the reputation. Guest Access
Guests will have an access to the laundry room in the basement of the house. It’s free of charge for all tenants of the building. In addition there is a free WI-FI internet connection in the apartment (password will be provided) and free cable TV.
Interaction with Guests
I will meet all guests personally and will show them to the flat and around the neighborhood. I will be reachable on my mobile during normal hours to take care of any problems associated with the flat (hope you will not have any :)). Can also arrange pick-up from the airport or the central railway station for an extra fee (if booking for 1 month and longer – pick-up is free of charge).
The Neighborhood
The apartment is set in a lovely neighborhood of Hamburg-Wandsbek. Directly across the road there is a large supermarket and a gym. Bakery serving a great breakfast is just 40 meters away (open from 06:00 AM). Public swimming pool is just 900 meters away, offering single entry tickets from 5,60 EUR per day. There is a fantastic Greek restaurant just around the corner, and a great Chinese place 1 km away. Evenings are also not boring with a snooker bar just across the road (offering over 40 snooker tables and live music on Friday / Saturday) and a Bowling club just 900 meters away. The Wandse lake and large park is just 400 meters away.
