Our detached, child-friendly holiday home for Apfelbäumchen Sunshine is overlooking Hallenberg amid a large garden. Dogs are welcome!
Former Selbstversorgerhof with house, barn and large garden is since 2009 in our possession and has been lovingly restored. It is a detached house in a cul de sac, which opens out into nature. A footpath runs right past your doorstep. The house is child-friendly; with a high chair, stair safety gates and a cot. Animals are in the house a warm welcome and have in the garden a lot of space to run around.
Our house is situated on a sunny hillside overlooking Hallenberg. The area is known as the Tuscany of the Sauerland because here the most sunshine hours are counting year. The house is situated in a quiet street, from which one is in 2 minutes in nature. There you can walk on lonely roads at the level and get away from many view points.
You have the entire, country-style house for your holiday. Here you can rent three bedrooms and the associated housing units kitchen, bathroom and living room.
The ground floor has a bedroom, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a guest available. Children facilities include a cot / cot, stair gate and a high chair and a sandbox.
The property has a large garden on a slope. English lawn you will not find with us, for raspberries, gooseberries, apples and natural without chemicals :-). The garden has a natural terrace and a patio in front of the house, on a large Picnics table and a barbecue invite you to linger. Before the house there is ample parking for 2-3 cars.
We heat exclusively with wood!
The central heating can also be operated on electricity, but it is recommended only to a lesser extent. So far, all guests have enjoyed this unusual way to burn.
In addition to the central heating system in the basement, we have two ovens in the living and kitchen area. The living room stove spreads cozy warmth, in addition to the central furnace. The kitchen stove and the oven are heated by fire. But there is also the possibility to cook with two power-driven hotplates.
