Idyllic holiday home in Sweden style right on Lake Krakow in a small holiday village with private beach, swimming and boat dock. Ideal for relaxing, fishing, hiking, relaxing and bathing. Boat and bike rental nearby.
On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, many books and games and a TV with DVD player, radio with CD player, a dining area and a kitchenette with full equipment (oven, extractor hood, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster , dishwasher), and a bedroom with Dopelbett and a bunk room with bunk beds. From the living room and the dining area has a beautiful view of the lake. The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. In separated by a glass wall Upstairs are two additional single beds and a sitting area.
To the terrace overlooking the lake include garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue.
There are only a few meters to the lake with its own beach and boat and jetty. Boat rentals are located near a small restaurant is about a 5-10 minute walk away. An adventure playground is located approximately 100m away toward the settlement.
The center of Krakow am See with shops and other restaurants can be reached on foot in about 15-20 minutes. The area offers many excursions for every taste.
The price includes accommodation, water consumption, color TV, Wi-Fi, car parking space.
Minimum stay in high season from late June to early September and during the holiday period is one week, during the rest four nights.

To be paid locally: Electricity costs according to consumption (0,35 € per kWh), final cleaning (40, – €, for pet 20, – € surcharge) and visitor’s tax (from May to September 1,50 € per person and day).
Deposit: 100, – € per stay, to be paid on arrival.
Bed linen and towels are to be brought along, but bed linen can also be rented for 8, – € per set and stay (bed linen and towels for 10, – €) by early reservation.
Smoking is not permitted in the house (Non smoking house).
Pets are allowed on request.
Change: Saturdays, 15:00 until 18:00 clock, departure till 10:00 clock, other dates out of season by arrangement.
