Our wonderful, modern Luxuspenthauswohnung (biggest apartment in the house) located on the fourth floor of the newly built house “Lighthouse” in the beach park Grossenbrode. The optimal location with sea view and the luxurious furnishing style gives the apartment a special charm.
The sandy beach is almost right outside the door and a few steps.
Our beautiful apartment has a spacious living-dining room, includes two bedrooms – each with a double bed and a TV set equipped – a storage room, a bathroom with shower, toilet, whirlpool and sauna for good times and a guest toilet.
In our storage room there are various items for. B. Fireplace suckers that they can use.
A highlight are the two lovely roof terraces, one with a beach chair. Both offer them a truly magnificent sea view.
Enjoy the gentle sea breeze and the warm sun until the evening hours in our located on the terrace outside the beach or on the three deckchairs.
After a beautiful bike ride on the Baltic coast bike path you can park your bikes (own or leased) in our storeroom in Fahrradhaus.
Our beach chair on the beach is them from April to September / October each year free of charge.

The apartment is located in the 4th. Upstairs. A roof terrace is facing south, the other west facing.
