The house is located a few meters from the lake directly on the nature reserve in a dead end. There is only one neighbor. You are in the middle of nature with walking paths right outside the door. Nonnenhof Jetty is about an 8-minute walk away. Next door there is also a golf course and the 4 star Hotel Bornmühle. (Day passes for the SPA there are commercially available) The house is also in the winter well habitable. It has a bedroom downstairs and a sleeping / living room upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, hair dryer and washing machine. Internet can be rented for an additional charge of 35 euros. 50 Euro deposit are due upon arrival in cash and will be charged with water and electricity according to consumption at the end.
Attention: The stairs to the upper floor are very steep!
