Property Description
The holiday house is almost alone and 300m from a wonderful bathing lake. To the east and west you have a beautiful view into the wide, unspoiled landscape typical of the landscape. Cranes, geese, tree trunks, white storks and deer are our daily visitors. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, the wolkedeln and stars that reach down to Horinzont – the Uckermark shows itself in Gustavsruh from its most beautiful side.
The former economic building was renovated a few years ago. The decor is very tasteful and high quality furnished. Living room, dining room, winter garden and kitchen are equally cozy, so that you are usually in different rooms depending on the sun. There is also a nice bedroom with a very comfortable bed, as well as a bathroom with shower and bath.
To the property belong an orchard, a currently still uninhabited chickens, a large meadow, and a garden around the house. The farm is still under reconstruction and is currently still characterized by (too much) gray. To the east, the property is green and natural.
The front house on the property is not rented / uninhabited.
