The “Beach’n’Sea” was completed in the spring of 2017.
The location, the spa floor, the decor and much more make the Beach’n’Sea to something truly exceptional.
On the top floor is the spa floor, which can be easily reached by elevator: There you will find among other things a large fitness room, a spacious sauna, relaxation room and two large roof terraces and all with fantastic views – even the sauna equipped with huge windows.
The design of the apartments was created by the expertise of a renowned interior designer rental, which also did the interior individually and lovingly so that you can feel completely at home:
In all living rooms are located right fireplace stoves. It is precisely in the autumn and winter it’s fantastic to make himself comfortable on the couch in front of the fireplace. To make the mood perfectly, the light can be dimmed individually. You can enjoy a movie, because all apartments have modern and very large flat screen TVs and Blu-Ray / DVD surround sound systems.
In the entire house there is an incredibly fast Internet access of 500 MBit / s – of course free (for comparison: the fastest DSL connection Telekom offers only 16 MBit / s).
The fully equipped and modern kitchen has of course everything you need to create a holiday once in peace a princely meal. Also to the barbecue friends is thought, because on the very large terraces and balconies located next to the garden furniture a modern Weber gas grill (see photos)! The gas cylinders are provided by us.
A restful sleep is a prerequisite for a successful holiday. Therefore, the decor of the bedrooms was very much appreciated. All beds are extremely high quality boxspring beds with an inimitable sleeping comfort. Instead of a slatted frame, first-class pocket spring cores are installed here, so there is no squeaking and rattling and you will not be shaken by the twists and turns of your bed neighbor. The lying surface is particularly large (2 x 2 meters) and raised.
All bedrooms can be darkened by blackout pleats or curtains.
Against the dispute over the remote control is also made provisions: All rooms offer additional, large flat screen TVs.
All apartments are separated by double and additionally insulated walls, the ceilings are made of solid steel and concrete. In other words, your neighbors will generally only be aware if they meet you in the stairwell.
Our bathrooms are equipped with large illuminated wall and vanity mirrors. In the showers with real glass shower cabins are on the ceiling rain showers and in the walls radios with Bluetooth connections are installed. A hair dryer is ready.
In addition, all apartments feature a Hoesch whirlpool bath with a sophisticated whirlpool system that relaxes the muscles, promotes blood circulation and relieves the joints.
The water is heated via a central hot water module. This guarantees maximum hygiene, because it can not develop germs as buffers.
In all rooms Designer planks were laid continuously. Among them are also located in all rooms underfloor heating. About the electronic thermostats can be separated for each room and a precise degree set your pleasant temperature.
If you book an apartment in house Beach’n’Sea, even do the environment a favor: The energy demand for hot water and heating will be covered by a pellet heating system – ie from CO2-neutral, renewable energy and the current is via a green power -Anbieter based.
The house is fantastically located: It is absolutely quiet and so close to the sea that you own the ground floor, the water can see flashing through the trees. On the upper floors you have a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea.
First arrived (there is a private car ready), you can stand to leave the car safely, because everything is just a short distance away: The baker (260 m) supermarket (320 m), the shopping street (420 m) and the boulevard (100 m), the spa (380 m) or the swimming pool “Grömitzer wave” (460 m). For dreamlike Grömitzer beach is just 100 meters.
