The kitchen and dining area with fitted kitchen, table and chairs offers plenty of space. The bedroom is separated by a sliding frosted glass from the living area. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a wall safe. The large balcony is furnished.
In the spacious CARAT SPA (included) immerse yourself in the warmth of our 1 700m² spa and wellness area. In our bathing, sweating and relaxation attractions waiting rest and relaxation, pleasure and inspiration. Enjoy exclusive massages and cosmetic treatments in our new SPA.
The holiday apartment is rented by DS-Rendite-Fonds GmbH & Co. Club- and Sporthotel Grömitz KG on behalf and for the account of the owner. The following services, if any, are determined by the DS-return funds GmbH & Co. Club- and Sporthotel Grömitz KG rendered: final cleaning, daily cleaning, linen package, use of the wellness oasis, beauty and wellness services as well as catering and other extras. The rental of the underground parking place, where applicable, takes place either in the name and for the account of the owner or by the DS-return funds GmbH & Co. Club- and Sporthotel Grömitz KG. The service is called upon invoicing.
