In the heart of Münsterland and only 15 minutes to Münster, 30 minutes to Osnabrück, my house is located in a quiet development area with direct access to the A1 motorway. With several rooms, large garden and upscale amenities always worth a visit!
The FMO airport can be reached in 10 minutes by car – ideal for passengers!
My house or the rooms are clean, well maintained and modern.
Under the rain forest shower or in the whirlpool with color play it can be switched off very well 🙂
Living room
My house can accommodate 6-8 guests. There are 3 guest rooms available. 2 With a double bed and a room with double mattress on the floor. If necessary there is still room on the sofa 🙂 Two bathrooms with granite tiles (main and guest bathroom can both be used) with Jacuzzi & rain forest shower, Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, blackout possible in every room. Very quiet location. Nespresso Café machine available (please bring capsules or can be bought for € 0.50 with me. An electric kettle is available. There is room in the fridge for your purchases – if necessary, there is also a refrigerator for you. An original Weber grill (E210 Spirit) is available and can be shared. Ideal for sociable barbecues! I rent from at least 2 guests.

District overview
Very quiet location, nice neighbors, Neubauviertel Adjacent are many opportunities for walking and cycling in nature and along the Ems. A swimming pool, an outdoor pool, sports fields and canoe club are nearby. Please park in my parking lots.

The train station about 7 minutes away. Trains and buses leave every 20-30 minutes to Münster or Rheine. The A1 motorway is 3 minutes away. FMO Airport is a 10-minute drive away.

Ordinary, responsible guests are welcome! Fresh towels and bed linen are available or can be brought. Arrival and departure can be handled flexibly – as well as other overnight stays
