Every year in mid July a traditional fishing festival with various attractions, takes place near the fishing village of Wieck and marina which are situated near the Bay of Greifswald. The apartment is located close to the Greifswald city harbour with passenger ships. Theatre, main market square and the city wall are within walking distance.
