Our 2015 newly build, very bright apartment located in. 3 Floor of a magnificent century building in Sacred Heart Quarter, im2. District St. Leonhard within walking distance to downtown Graz and 5-minute walk from Kaiser-Josef-market and the Graz Opera. Stops of the various buses and trams are located in close proximity (100 m).
Served in the cozy Grazer residential neighborhood – also close to the University of Graz and the Technical University of Graz – sun all day and a view of the quiet green courtyard. The apartment is about 42 square meters and consists of a small anteroom, a storage room, the living room with kitchenette, dining area, living room and bedroom with writing space and the bathroom / toilet.
Here it can be in the bright and tranquil atmosphere small but perfectly cozy relax and recharge power after a busy sightseeing or business or after a stressful week. The central location is an ideal starting point for visiting of several cultural institutions, but also to the lively commercial center of Graz with its diverse local scene as well as the countryside. Daily nutrient is in the next house, a small, well-stocked grocer available. Trafik, bakery, pharmacy, health food store and more grocery stores are also nearby.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker with two plates, a combi oven with hot air, grill and microwave and a fridge freezer. Additionally beside all kitchenware and the usual cooking utensils are Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster available.
With a 140cm wide bed of the sleeping area has 1 -2 people for a longer stay place. For short (additional) stays there is the possibility to bring an additional 2 persons on the pull-out sofa at an additional cost.
A small writing area is available in the bedroom. With the included in the price wireless you are always online.
The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable walk-in shower, heated floors, sink, toilet and washing machine.
Dish towels, sheets and towels and hair dryer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are of course available.
