Nice that you have found us!
Our house dates from the 16th century. C. And is very centrally but quietly in the absolutely charming little medieval town of Gmünd. You can reach the Kirchgasse by the so-called ‘Maltator’, an ancient city gate, which may be visited only by local residents and visitors. Gone goes to a wine shop where you can have a drink on Thursday night in the summer and at one of the cafes Gmündner, for leisurely coffee breaks. Our house is in the Kirchgasse, a dead end with no through traffic.
From here you can reach on foot the baker for your fresh Semmerl that you can enjoy in good weather in the adjacent GARDEN. Also shops, a pharmacy, doctor and all cultural sites, galleries, exhibitions are easily reached on foot in 2 minutes.
Our apartment is on the GROUND FLOOR our 2007 fully restored house. So the apartment is also easily accessible for people with disabilities.
In the apartment itself there are no obstacles such as thresholds. You reach the apartment through a vaulted passage with pointed caps.
From there you go into the anteroom with wardrobe and the cozy bathroom with shower and toilet.
Next you go into the spacious LIVING KITCHEN, with a cozy sitting round, flat screen TV and a SOFA.
The kitchen is very well equipped.
From the kitchen you come to the spacious VAULT BEDROOM with atmospheric lighting.
Our holiday flat is warmed with pellets by means of underfloor and wall heating. The solar system can be used as additional heater for the hot water from spring to autumn.
Auto and Co .: You can park in the Kirchgasse, there are public parking.

Welcome to the art and culture city Gmünd!
Culture Conscious come in Gmünd on their bill. Many galleries and exhibitions, studios, the Porsche Museum and the ‘House of wonder’ waiting to be visited by you.
In between, there is always time for a coffee in one – überdurchschnittliichen for Gmünd size many – inn, restaurant or cafe.
SPORT AND MOVEMENT
The town of Gmünd is well suited as a starting point for summer and winter activities.
