The resort sits at an elevation of about 1350 m and is situated on a plateau above Kals am Grossglockner, one of the most beautiful mountain villages in Tyrol. In summer, it makes an ideal base for easy hikes as well as more challenging alpine treks up to 3,000 metres and beyond. With a spa area in each individual châlet, extensive wellness, swimming and sauna options in the hotel, a free bunny slope for beginning skiers and direct access to hiking trails as well as the Grossglockner Ski Resort Kals-Matrei with 110 km of ski slopes available to you with your own hotel ski pass service, guests at this car-free resort will experience true comfort and relaxation in a unique setting. 700 square-metre solar-heated outdoor pool, cable cars free of charge for Gradonna guests in summer! Ski rental is available right on site at the Gradonna ****s Hotel.
