Summer prices …. up to 10 pers. 200 € per day … from 10 people 250 € per day
Winter prices …… up to 10 pers. 250 € per day … from 10 persons 300 € per day
Includes: electricity, wood for the large wood stove, oil heating, garbage disposal
Not included: 90 € final cleaning,
Tourist tax per person per night
Bed linen and towels 5 € per person
A deposit of 25% of the booking sum is due at any time after the booking is completed

If canceled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of the total price will be charged
If canceled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of the total price will be charged
If canceled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 90 percent of the total price will be charged
If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged
