The 85m ² holiday house has been completely renovated, interpreted in a modern way and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The terrace promises all-day sun and is equipped with solid wooden garden furniture – ideal for a barbecue.
The spacious and stylish living and dining area of ??the cottage BOOTSHAUS invites you to linger over the terrace and in the garden, while an antique piano reminds of shanties. On uncomfortable autumn / winter evenings, the underfloor heating throughout the basement provides soothing warmth.
A special charm distinguishes the open and bright kitchen that opens up to the staircase, which thanks to its high-quality equipment leaves nothing to be desired.
In addition to a large, bright bedroom on the ground floor, the second bedroom in the attic offers a fantastic view of the starry sky. Through a Velux window front, which extends to the gables, the Milky Way can be conquered out of bed.
The highlight of the BOATHOUSE is the enormous bathroom, which is also located in the attic, because the glass rain shower with its phenomenal Baltic Sea view offers an unforgettable relaxing experience.
As a precaution we point out that, seen from the street behind the duplex, another cottage is located.

On the Baltic Sea beach in the immediate vicinity are two restaurants / cafes. Only 1.5 km away from Wackerballig is the air and Kneipp spa town of Gelting, in which, among other restaurants, bakers, grocery stores, pharmacies and doctors can be found.
For parents with small children, the Gelting Bay is an ideal seaside resort, as the water in a large area remains very flat for a long time.
In addition, the Gelting Bay is perfect for kite surfing and other water sports.
