Property Description
They enter the apartment in the beautiful historic Kate and feel at home right from the start. The hall is bright and friendly as the entire apartment. On the left is the kitchen, on the right the living room and in between the modern shower room.
Upstairs are the 2 quiet bedrooms with double beds (1 box spring bed and 2 connected single beds, which would also be stellar separately). And a hallway with more storage space.
The sofa in the living area may be used as a sofa bed. A cot is available if required.
On the south-facing private sun terrace and its own separate garden area you can sunbathe undisturbed or play with your child and dog. A shared sauna house is available on the large garden plot. If you would like to have a sauna without being disturbed, simply register in advance.
The apartment has 1 car parking space. Room for another visitor car is available. If you want to safely store surfboards, a boat or bicycles, our carport offers.
From the equipment you expect here a modern complete kitchen equipment with new stove, dishwasher, freezer, microwave etc. Very cozy is the Danish stove. Firewood we provide you with pleasure.
The bathroom has natural light and generous space with a spacious shower, 2 sinks and toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided by the landlord.
In the living room there is a cozy sitting area, sideboard with large flat screen TV, games corner and other seating.
From the living room you can reach the wooden terrace. Modern rattan garden furniture is available.
