Our cozy cottage with 130 sqm to 1200 sqm of land with unrestricted views of the meadows and fields is a high standard. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Dogs are welcome. On the ground floor the cottage kitchen located in upscale amenities such as dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and crockery, cutlery and glasses for 12 people. From large dining table you can enjoy the wonderful view over the garden and fields through the large picture windows. Here makes the joint preparation of the meals fun, so that even amateur cooks will get their money.
The cozy bright living area with sofa and fireplace follows. Flat TV and music system are naturally present. A collection of books and entertainment games entertain, should the weather is not quite play.
In the upper part of the house there is the gallery with another comfy seating area and an additional flat-screen TV.
Upstairs are the 3 spacious comfortable bedrooms with 2 double and 2 twin beds. This promise thanks quiet and comfortable mattresses restful night and relaxation from everyday life. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds and CD players. Flyscreens are naturally placed in front of the windows. A cot and an additional bed can be placed families on request. Sheets and towels are included in the rent.
The two superbly appointed spacious bathrooms (1 x shower head shower) invite you to relax and unwind. You are in the ground and first floors. The showers are flush with the floor. In both bathrooms is ever a hair dryer available. Hand and bath towels and shower mats are included. Washing machine and dryer are also available.

The beautiful garden with seating and a large play area complete the harmonious picture of our house. A large charcoal grill is available.
To make your holiday perfect Baltic Sea, is open from spring to autumn in our garden a cozy beach chair available. Here you can relax protected from the wind while your children really on playground and can play playground. The position towards fields provides safety from traffic.
Furthermore you will find in the annex a storage room where your bikes, toys or sports equipment can be parked.
Parking facilities are available on the property.
