Property Description
The Ferienhaus Seestern is located in a newly built holiday home directly on the Thülsfelder Talsperre (about 300 m to the beach). Currently, noise can be caused by building work in the holiday area.
According to the German Tourist Board awarded 4 stars.
Bedroom:
The holiday house has 6 sleeping places in 4 bedrooms (2 x double, 2 x single). Baby cot is provided on request.
Bathroom:
The holiday house has 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, these are each equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. A washing machine and a clothes dryer are available.
Living and dining area:
The open plan living and dining area is equipped with a modern kitchenette (electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, water cooker and toaster) and a dining table for 6 persons. A children’s high chair is available if required.
Also in the living and dining area is a cozy sofa corner and a flat screen TV. Another flat screen TV with DVD player is located on the upper floor (double bedroom).
Additional:
The entire holiday house is equipped with underfloor heating as well as free W-LAN. Likewise, the entire house is equipped with external rollers and partly also with pleated.
In the garden there is a grill as well as garden furniture and children’s toys (slide, swings and children’s kettledrive).
Parking space available.
On the day of arrival the house is available from 3 pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the holiday house by 10 am. Other times are also possible by arrangement.
Towels and bed linen are available in the cottage.
