Property Description
Our house is one of the oldest houses in the village, still in its original condition and
built entirely of wood.
The cozy living room with fireplace, as well as all other rooms are wood-paneled
(Except the kitchen) and furnished. The living area is approximately 120 square meters. There is
2 WCs and a bathroom and in the kitchen and a dining area.
Two bedrooms on the 1st floor are equipped with two beds. The third, smaller bedroom is accessed only through a room, not across the hall. The large rooms are also equipped with a sink.
Gargellen, one of the few remaining small ski resorts in Montafon, is approximately 1500m at the end of Gargellen Valley. There is no through traffic. The ski area is
manageable and offers runs for every level.
In the summer and autumn months Gargellen is the departure point for wonderful Wan-ments and extensive mountain tours.
