Our apartment sleeps 2-8Personen with two separate areas. A Private floor with 100m².
Fantastic view of the mountains of upper Ziller Valley. So that you can enjoy this view at any time, the balcony is accessible from all rooms, with garden furniture to relax.
Are z. B. a family or a group of up to 4 persons and 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet with integrated radio, a spacious living room (25m²) are available.
If you want to spend your holiday with several friends or family members you can still use the second part of the apartment (with separate entrance) with a further 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a separate toilet are available.
Our guests can use free the outdoor pools in the summer Hippach and Mayrhofen in the summer season. In addition, there are discounts for the indoor pool and sauna area in Mayrhofen.

The ski bus stop for the 2 largest ski areas in the Zillertal (Zillertal Arena and Mayrhofen) are within about 100m away and the ski bus in about 10 minutes.
The Metzgerwirt restaurant and butcher’s shop lieth in the immediate vicinity.
The location of the hotel is the ideal starting point for walks and numerous recreational activities such. B.Radfahren, jogging, cross country skiing, walking away in the 250m (even in winter) Zillerpromenade.
The stop for steam train and regional train the Zillertal Railway is located 250m away
The summer Hippach and the leisure park Zell am Ziller (both with pool) are situated approximately 2km. They are of the Zillerpromenade on foot and by bicycle easily accessible. With good snow cross-country skiing is pulled directly under the house. For younger guests there is a playground in our neighborhood (in a 5 minute walk).
In Hippach (2km) there is a ski and bike rental. The Zillertal glacier (approx. 20km) offers Skiing in the sun all year round. The Zillertal Alps with their numerous huts and mountain paths, ideal for day hikes and multi-day tours Hochalpines. The Zillertal High Road is from mid-May excursion by car, motorcycle and specially with the mountain bike a challange.
From spring to autumn there in Hippach and surroundings Zahlrreiche festivals and events with local bands and regional specialties from the Zillertal.
