Following this motto we have created in the first floor of our house a comfortable vacation home.
Our modern apartment can accommodate 2 to 10 people 90 to 108 square meters:
3-4 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, kitchen with top furnishings, separate living room with comfortable seating & sofa bed. Non smoking, no pets allowed, no carpets – ideal for allergy sufferers! Especially suitable for groups & families! Child-friendly, Baby Equipment.
TOP POSITION in winter – right on the Horbergbahn! The attractive snow-sure ski Mayrhofen / Penken / Tux offers 135 kilometers of slopes and lifts 55.
Also ideal for glacier skiing in the spring / autumn (25 minutes). The locations Mayrhofen & Hippach are just 2 minutes away by car.
A particular advantage for our summer guests: FREE ENTRY into the Summerworld Hippach (swimming pool, trampoline, volleyball, tennis court) and into the Erlebnisbad Mayrhofen (open air and indoor pool, from May to end of October) !
Our house is located in a beautiful valley on the outskirts of Schwendau, in the district Stockach.
Village bus stop in front of the house, play area for young children in the garden.
Our tip for families, walkers, cyclists, joggers and rollerbladers: The Zillerpromenade and the children’s playground is a 5-minute walk away. There is also the paragliders landing site Mühlbach / Sidan. Klettersteig Zimmereben (climbing) in 30 minutes by walk.
In summer the Zillertal for active leisure and recreation lovers and seekers ideal conditions: a beautiful natural landscape, 11 lifts, 130 huts, climbing, cycling and mountain biking trails, indoor & outdoor pools, tennis, volleyball and much more.
Storage room for bikes and ski room with boot dryer available, parking at the house, bed linen and towels included, Wi-Fi.
The surrounding ski areas maple, Zillertal Arena, Hochfügen-Zillertal and Spieljoch are also worth a visit and can be reached by car in a few minutes. The holiday price (from 2 days) gives you access to all the Zillertal ski resorts, including glaciers with a total of 177 lifts and 489 km of slopes.
Off the slopes, you will find winter hiking and cross-country ski trails (nearby), toboggan runs (partly illuminated), and much more.
