Our apartment is in a quiet location about 250m from the village center and is the first Floor.
Our apartment is suitable for up to 4 people and consists of kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, shower, toilet, hall and balcony.
The kitchen is equipped with a cozy dining area with a fridge freezer, ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave grill, toaster, kettle, full kitchen utensils, pots and tea towels.
The balcony is located on the eastern side and is equipped with garden chairs.
In the basement there is a ski park Located with boot dryer. A parking space for skis is located in the garage.
Parking is available.
We have a ski hire shop in Ried im Zillertal (about 2km from the Hochzillertal), where you can rent skis, snowboards, etc.. This gives you a discount of 10% on the loaned pieces on presentation of our voucher. Upon departure, the skis are collected directly from us, so you have no trouble at departure.

The ski areas & apos; & apos Hochzillertal; and & apos; Zillertal Arena & apos; are about 5 minutes away. A ski bus stop to both ski areas and about 100m from us which can be used free of charge. In the center there is a doctor, various Inns, a pizzeria, a ski rental and a supermarket.
Approximately 15 minutes walk from us is the Aufenfeld with an indoor pool, a children’s space (trampoline, climbing center, skating rink) and in winter with a small ski lift for beginners or children.
In Zell am Ziller you can sell on a synthetic ice rink time.
In the summer you can make away from our house very good walks, as we are very centrally located. Either the Zillertal Railway, by bike along the Ziller.
