The Kiendlerhof lies in the district Schwendau in a quiet and sunny location with an unobstructed view of the nearby Mayrhofen. Construction of the cosy flats starts in 2018 and they will be luxuriously furnished in an appealing and modern style. Two flats are suited for 6 people and feature a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with sofa beds and two bedrooms and two bathrooms each, one flat has space for 4 people and an eat-in kitchen, sofa beds, a bedroom and a bathroom. The house has a ski storage room with boot dryer. Guests can make use of the daily bread roll service and there are enough parking spaces. Hippach’s centre is about 300 metres way, the Horbergbahn about 1 km. The ski shuttle stops right in front of the house and that’s also where the cross-country ski trails starts. The well-known Mayrhofen can be reached by car within 5 minutes. The farm is a working farm and also has a riding stable with Haflinger horses. You can purchase and enjoy healthy, farm-grown produce. Horse carriage rides and sleigh rides are offered for a fee. It is an ideal starting point for the whole range of winter activities.
